Went and updated the drivers and made sure that DND was turned 
off. Giving it until the end of shift tomorrow to make sure everything 
is working right?

Hello,

I can't seem to turn on my notification settings. 
I can hear audio through my monitor speaker, but 
cannot hear notifications. 

The notification section is greyed out on my 
computer for some reason.

This is the screen that comes up when I try to 
turn on notifications:
