I have a service ticket that says you are having issues with a three monitor 
setup. If you have some time this week I would like to take a look at your setup 
and see if I can help resolve your issues.

He has a docking monitor and is gfa funded do we 
swap his docking monitor setup? or do we give him a 
dock and add it to the docking monitor setup?

Hello,

I was supposed to email back after the original service call. I am 
still
having the same issue of a monitor not being recognized and 
having to go
through multiple steps to get it to work. I'm wondering if it's 
possible to
still get a dock to fix the issue

I need some additional information regarding service request

Description: Dakota is requesting a docking station to hook up 3 
monitors.

We are doing an update onboarding our inventory and UCS lent 
Debbie a loaner desktop to use for trains and we would like to 
know if you are done with this device and if we could come pick it 
up.

It just needed dell command update for dell dock 
solution because I didn't do it the first time I 
did the setup my bad :)

I took a look at this setup. User has three 
monitors one is a 2024 docking monitor, that the 
display port is daisy chained for the second 
monitor then they have the third plugged into 
their device through an HDMI cord.

he received Debbie Braun's set up, laptop 20240388[Edit Inv] 
and monitor 20240375[Edit Inv].  I just changed the laptop and 
newest monitor to Dakota. could possibly have 
20181099[Edit Inv] and 20120681[Edit Inv]? update inventory
