Good morning,

Jon Hoffman's computer has not been working today.  
Control/Alt/Delete does not work and it is not 
able to be restarted.  It is currently just stuck 
trying to shut down. See below for a picture of 
the screen.  It is also showing  " Jon . Hoffman " 
as the username on the screen and that is not a 
correct user name.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
