We got her mouse to work it was just dead so I plugged it in. The 
audio seems to be working. We are recommending her to just put her 
new bookmarks on the bar.

What is your device's WOU#? 

As for your mouse, we can definitely get that 
replaced. You can swing by the office and swap 
your current one for the replacement, or we could 
have a tech bring it over--whichever works best 
for you.

Hi! I am having trouble with the following:

My mouse isn't working.
I tried to record a video and the mic is not 
picking up sound.
I had help syncing my laptop and it appears out of 
sync sometimes and not others.

Could someone come and help? Thank you!
