****This is an email****
Hey Trisha,     We had a user call that
their computer in SHCC 223 (20180615) was not
loading and very slow. After some time the device
started loading for the user.        On my side I
see that this device still has a Hard Drive which
is going to make the device have problems with new
operating system updates. We would like to
recommend a NVME drive. This drive is on average
25 times faster than the harddrive. However, due
to this device being service funded, you would
have to purchase the NVME from your own index
funds. The average cost for this is 50$.
While this is not a required upgrade at this time
we strongly encourage it to prevent users having
issues. If this is something you would like to do,
put in a purchase request for a NVME with the
computer number.

I believe at this point they would still need to
pay for an NVME. If I had 50 extras sitting around
I would say fine but that's not the case.

This device has a HardDrive and was having issues
turning on this morning. It eventually loaded after
some time. Is their a way we can put a NVME in this
device? It is service funded.
