Went to check on Student Workstation Dell monitor 20171081[Edit Inv] in APSC with Dyllan, but the room was locked. Reimaging W20181048 to replace it.

Hello Mary,

I'm in the other office this morning so I wont be 
able to give you an answer until 1pm when I'm in 
OIED (APSC 408). We will have three staff at that 
time so we really need the PCs to be working in 
the afternoon.

Good morning Roseanna,

Could you provide me with a little more 
information? Are the PCS making any noises? Do you 
see any light emitting from them? Are there any 
error codes or messages that are popping up? What 
are the WOU numbers for the ones not turning on? 
Please let me know.
