Ramon has submitted a GFA replacement request

Hi Ramon,

UCS is trying to determine a replacement option for the HVAC station computer that went belly up on 6/3 
W20150337. Currently we have issued a loaner computer. According to our inventory records, this device 
was purchased along with two other devices that were labeled as HVAC stations.

Since your department became covered by the general fund, we offer each employee a single computer as 
their primary device that is covered by GFA but it is limited to one device assigned to a single user. 
If the device is a shared workstation or used for some kind of utility function, it will not be covered 
by GFA and will have to be replaced with department funds.

Please let me know what device is assigned to each member of your team so we can make sure everyone has 
a working computer. If you need to replace a desktop computer, the current price is $825 for a desktop 
and this is the purchase request link.
