After you follow the directions where does it get 
stuck in the process? Could you send a screenshot? 
Also, what is the WOU# of the laptop?

Hello,

I've attempted to download Creative Cloud back 
onto my laptop (Dell) and I'm unable to do that. I 
also uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and it won't let me 
reinstall it.

I've tried to follow directions sent to me, 
however, to no avail.

I would really appreciate someone helping me with 
this as soon as possible as I use these tools 
frequently.

I am now located in the old Advising building in 
Room 125.
