said he could set it up himself. Putting Loaner in 
two weeks pile.

Tuesday would be fine. We will just need to get our loaner desktop back from you. If you 
would like I can send a tech with you to swap out the device and make sure things get set up 
properly.

Good news,

We were able to recover and move your files over to a new drive. Your computer has 
been reimagined with a faster drive and is in good working order. I created a 
folder in C:\ called Kellen_backup . If you have permission issues moving files 
over when you get your computer back, I can remote in and help move them once your 
profile has been created.

Please let us know when we can bring back your device to get you set up again.

I would like to reinstall Windows on your computer that was acting 
up. Do you have any files saved on the device that need to be

installed.

Contacted Kellen about if they need a loaner. They said that they 
would appreciate a loaner but have not said if they need any special 
software. Imaging a loaner on back imaging desk. Loaner number is 
20181049[Edit Inv]. Loaner ticket has been made.

What programs are you having issues accessing? 
You can always drop your device at our office for 
repair while we assign you a temporary loaner in 
the meantime. 
I have created ticket #87643 for our techs to look 
into it and reach out if they require additional 
information.

Good morning,

I am having issues with my computer turning on. It 
takes around 15 minutes after log in and then it 
will go into power saving mode after that and some 
programs won’t even open. Is there a time someone 
could come look at it tomorrow.
I’m located on the north side of the Jensen 
building in the baseball clubhouse and the WOU 
computer ID# is 20190707[Edit Inv].
