Hi Beryl,

Your computer has been repaired but Apple had to replace several components 
including the logic board so your profile will need to be recreated.

Once you login and create your profile, we can change your account to an admin so 
you can install additional applications.

We will also want to transfer over your SPSS license when you pick up the device 
as well.

Please schedule a time when you can come in and we can swap out for the 
loanerĀ device that was provided to you.
