Hello, 

I'm not really sure what happened to it. I think it just froze up, but I 
unplugged it from power for a few minutes and it seems to be 
working fine now. If it acts up again I'll let you know. Thank you.

Description: Testing Center Workstation wont turn on - Needed for 
exams today

Would someone from UCS be able to come by today to look at the 
computer you were saying was having problems?

Hey Again,

Thank you, my colleague was able to do a hard 
reset, and it seems like the computer is 
operational again. I'd still like UCS to take a 
look since this is a brand-new computer :)

Hello There,

Our Testing center workstation is on the fritz. It 
turned off and won't start back up. The WOU# is 
20240530[Edit Inv]. We have exams until 8pm (I think), can 
someone please come by asap to help us get back up 
and running?
