This ticket was closed because the Swivl cannot be 
fixed.  The kit was returned to the library so we 
could keep the additional parts & bag for spare 
parts.  Do you want the Swivl itself returned to 
UCS?  Otherwise, the library would be putting it 
in the garbage.

I wasn't sure if your inventory records already 
got updated or if your department has a better 
option for discarding it.

Hello Ian,
Thank you for confirming the swivl is not 
repairable.  Is someone going to return the kit to 
the library?  Or UCS could keep the actual Swivl 
in order to remove it from their inventory.  The 
library would like all the other parts & bag back 
so we can keep them for spare parts.

Hello,
The library has a Swivl unit 20171292[Edit Inv]  with a 
loose base.  We can hear something rattling 
inside.  We were going to withdraw it from our 
checkout system and give it to UCS.   Before we do 
that, does someone there want to look at it for 
possible repair??
