Hi Brianne,I'm here with the UCS technician team. I was going 
through your service request and think I know how to fix your 
issue as long as you're on VPN. From your main screen you click 
on the file on the bottom. Then from the pop up you need to click 
on "This PC" on the left side of the pop up. From this new screen 
you need to click on the three dots on the top of the pop up 
towards the middle. This will give you some options, click on "Map 
network drive" You will then see a pop up that should have two 
fields you can type in. In the field marked "Drive" choose "H:" and 
in the field that says Folder type 
"\\homes\homes\salvatib\salvatib" . Hopefully this helps. Please let 
me know if this solves the problem so I can close your ticket or 
keep looking for solutions.

Hello

I am working remotely today and cannot get my H 
drive to be available through the VPN connection. 
In the past when this has happened, I've restarted 
the computer and it then becomes visible again. 
But, not today. Is there something else I could 
try? 

If you are able, please correspond via email, as I 
will have limited phone availability this morning.
