Tried to uninstall Adobe and reinstall. User has very little space on 
computer and needs to update to windows 11 as well. Having 
Benjamin check on her next week on Thursday.

I am guessing they need have the Adobe uninstalled 
and CC cleaned and then reinstalled.

User called and stated that they are trying to 
combine 2 pdf files in adobe. However, they are 
getting the error message telling them to upgrade. 
They are not able to sign in when they try to. 
They mentioned that they had Adobe already 
installed on their device and did not install in 
from the WOU portal.
