Hi Ben!
 Thanks for reaching out. I did get it figured out. Long story short, I 
was working from home, restarted my computer, and when I tried 
to log in, it did not let me. I came to campus, and then it worked, 
so all is good now.

I am using my hot spot at the moment. I have used 
this hotspot before. Yep I tried restarting and 
reconnecting, it did not work
