20181456[Edit Inv] is in laptop case (with charger) on UCS Tech loaner
computer shelf (to the right of the two wall TV screens). Blue
painter's tape tag will say 'A. Porter' or 'Arin' -- feel free to remove
that.

As an addendum, I have picked W# 20191089[Edit Inv] (Mac laptop) as my
at-UCS replacement work laptop, so the Dell laptop can be
physically worked on (or taken) without reassigning me a new
laptop. Just remember to update the Dell laptop's logged location.

The UCS Dell Laptop (W#: 20181456) will not start. It will
automatically try to open NetBIOS upon the initial boot up
sequence if left unpowered for too long, and does not hold a
charge.

If plugged in when powering on, BIOS will activate to state that the
charger is low power and insufficient. The laptop will then have to
be turned on again.

Had issues with starting it up this morning, and had to reset the
BIOS system clock during the first restart attempt.
