The issues has persisted over two laptops.  
Possibly bad video cables? or bad monitor/s?

She is in the Vic building in Salem.

Ambers laptop is having issues where the external 
monitors flash and then the laptop locks up.  She 
said the only way to get it to start working again 
is to reboot.
