Hi Lori,

I'm just reaching out to you because I recently 
picked up 3 iMacs and a 2023 Chromebook 
(W20230703) from the front desk at the library. 
The iMacs are being imaged at the moment, however 
we discovered that the Chromebook is damaged so we 
are looking into replacing it since it still is 
covered by the warranty. Let me know if you have 
any questions or concerns.

back on the desktop imaging table.

I'm from UCS Tech, and just wanted to follow up on the library 
loaner service request. I have a shift Friday of this week: what time 
works for picking up these loaner devices? And where would I go 
(in Hamersly, of course) to pick them up?

patron claims that the keyboard isn't working. Is
