As a final note, I did not replace any of the cables for Jim's set-up 
(USB-C, HDMI, or Display).

Told Jim that if he continues to have issues with the 'line glitch' 
visuals, to let UCS know. We can either re-open this ticket, or 
create a new one to address the recurring issue.

Visited NS 002, talked with Jim. Was unable to recreate the visual 
line glitches, but moved the USB for the keyboard from an 
intermediary monitor directly to the laptop being used as a hub.

Keyboard is now operational (thank you Brady).

Bringing these cables to NS at 2 pm: HDMI, Display, and USB-C.

Will check that laptop isn't simultaneously plugged into a direct 
power source, and the desktop USB-C charger.

-keyboard is not functioning--keys not responsive. 
- keep switching between monitors
- glitches out w/ lines once in a while
