Good morning!
I really am a UCS frequent flyer this week, aren't 
I?  :) 

I'm having trouble with the print quality on my 
Xerox Phaser 3610, WOU #20140339[Edit Inv].  It's a non-
networked printer, located in my office APS 501E.  
I know it used to be on a service contract but I 
believe that expired eons ago.  

The best way to describe it would be that it looks 
smeared and blotchy.  It started doing it out of 
nowhere - things had been working as normal.  The 
toner level appears to be fine, and I haven't 
printed any labels or special paper - at least not 
anytime recently.  I've just been using it for 
regular printing.    

Could someone come take a look at it today?  I'm 
available any time today.
