Karen Scott called saying that Adobe Acrobat is 
telling her to upgrade on 20200478[Edit Inv]. She needs the 
Adobe Cleaner Tool ran. Her device can be remoted 
into. In the meantime I am emailing the 
instructions to attempt it herself
