you'll have people who 00:04:40.000 --> 00:04:42.000 either went to Western or 00:04:42.000 --> 00:04:44.000 that understand this process 00:04:44.000 --> 00:04:45.000 I'm talking about of an oral 00:04:45.000 --> 00:04:46.000 comprehensive how to build a 00:04:46.000 --> 00:04:48.000 case -- some people call it 00:04:48.000 --> 00:04:50.000 case conceptualization right 00:04:50.000 --> 00:04:53.000 and they can use that process 00:04:53.000 --> 00:04:55.000 to help you but you gotta ask 00:04:55.000 --> 00:04:58.000 for the help so practice more 00:04:58.000 --> 00:04:60.000 the last part that practice 00:05:00.000 --> 00:05:01.000 like you're doing the actual 00:05:01.000 --> 00:05:05.000 examination so if anybody 00:05:05.000 --> 00:05:07.000 has anxiety type challenges an hour prior I gave 00:05:43.000 --> 00:05:45.000 myself my own case study and I 00:05:45.000 --> 00:05:46.000 went into that room if it was 00:05:46.000 --> 00:05:48.000 available and I studied like I 00:05:48.000 --> 00:05:49.000 was giving it so when the day 00:05:49.000 --> 00:05:52.000 actually came that I had to do 00:05:52.000 --> 00:05:53.000 it it was nothing new I'd already 00:05:53.000 --> 00:05:55.000 formed the habit of doing 00:05:55.000 --> 00:05:57.000 it so there was no nervousness 00:05:57.000 --> 00:05:58.000 no nothing I'd been doing 00:05:58.000 --> 00:05:60.000 that over the past five or six 00:06:00.000 --> 00:06:03.000 weeks so all that other stuff 00:06:03.000 --> 00:06:04.000 that we usually experience 00:06:04.000 --> 00:06:06.000 with the new environment or not 00:06:06.000 --> 00:06:08.000 sure about something you've already 00:06:08.000 --> 00:06:10.000 controlled that factor know it's 00:06:10.000 --> 00:06:13.000 just up to you I already went --> 00:07:40.000 the feel more so a lot of 00:07:40.000 --> 00:07:44.000 times I see -- interns -- at 00:07:44.000 --> 00:07:47.000 my job that won't ask questions 00:07:47.000 --> 00:07:50.000 it's because they I don't know 00:07:50.000 --> 00:07:52.000 they feel overwhelmed I can't 00:07:52.000 --> 00:07:53.000 tell you why they don't ask 00:07:53.000 --> 00:07:55.000 questions but then something 00:07:55.000 --> 00:07:59.000 happens or you know something 00:07:59.000 --> 00:07:62.000 goes wrong and we're always 00:08:02.000 --> 00:08:03.000 like why didn't you just ask the 00:09:46.000 any preparation okay right but 00:09:46.000 --> 00:09:47.000 if you start thinking about 00:09:47.000 --> 00:09:50.000 it then you can start breaking 00:09:50.000 --> 00:09:52.000 it down into an area where you 00:09:52.000 --> 00:09:53.000 can figure out what you need 00:09:53.000 --> 00:09:55.000 to do all right so the second 00:09:55.000 --> 00:09:58.000 part about that is living in
