Which is very exciting, it's all about learning the way that people speak and phonetics that will then lead into dialect work.

Which is very important here at Western, in fact last year we did two shows that used standard British or RP.

And so I learned in there how to speak in an accent which is very important to stage.

One of the best thing I think about Western are the teachers themselves they're both theatre professors but they can also be your friends.

The ones that I've met here on campus have been very friendly and supportive and just wonderful in every single way.

We do musicals every other year, in the summer I got to do Shakespeare.

I've done a handful of straight plays and then we've also done devised theatre where I was able to do mask work and create a show from the ground.

When I graduate I hope to move up to Portland, and start working as an actress and get paid to do the thing I love, and I think Western's help to prepare me for that,
