POLICY
It is the policy as an employee and representative of the university, a
student employee is expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate dress,
appearance, and conduct.
PURPOSE
Certain departments and/or divisions may have specific requirements for
dress and appearance which will be outlined at the time of employment
and will be required for continued employment in that department or
division.
PROCEDURES
It is the responsiblity of each department or division to make known, if any,
the specific student employee dress code requirements at the time of hire.
AUTHORITY
President Policy authority in OAR 580-022-0045 and ORS 352.004.
APPROVAL
The President's Office and the Assistant to the President's Office are
responsible for this policy.
A hard copy of this document is always available in the office of Human Resources.
