    POLICY

The Bookstore has established a policy concerning the return of textbooks
to the Bookstore for credit or refund.

    PURPOSE

To establish a reasonable and fair rule and procedure for the return of
textbooks and to prevent students from using a textbook for the most of a
term and then trying to return it to the Bookstore for a full refund.

    PROCEDURES

    1. Sales receipts are required for all refunds.
    2. Presentation of Student I.D. is required for all refunds.
    3. Full refunds will be available only up to the end of the second week of
classes, (end of first week for summer school).
    4. All sales beginning the third week of classes, (beginning the second
week for summer school) are considered final.
    5. Textbooks must be in original condition in order to receive a full refund.
    6. Used textbooks will be re-purchased by the Bookstore for one-half of
the new price if that particular edition will be used the following term.
    7. Used textbooks, other than those identified in #6 above, will be re-
purchased by the Bookstore at wholesale prices.
