Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to hire a qualified Contractor to prep and paint peeling and faded paint on student housing buildings named Village A, B and C at the Klamath Falls, Oregon campus. This consists primarily of fascia and corner trim as well as areas painted with building accent color. Contractors are to refer to Exhibit A for Village building’s exterior plans which outline in further detail the areas that are to be painted. Contractor will need to supply the paint and consult with Project Coordinator on color and brand of paint. All exterior painted surfaces will be cleaned and rinsed using low pressure washer.
