Custodial Services for Housing

Southern Oregon University

This opportunity is closed

Description

Southern Oregon University seeks a contracted custodial service for short-term, time-sensitive cleaning jobs. SOU would like to secure a local company that can meet the demand of cleaning projects that will occasionally arise during the year that exceeds the SOU Housing Custodial Team's ability due to shortstaffing and/or time constraints specifically in the SOU Student and Family Housing units. Additionally, there is the possibility that other departments may want to engage in the winning firm’s services. However, SOU Housing will always have first right of refusal for services.
