Work includes removal of existing ground mounted HVAC equipment at east and west sides of the building and replacement with new ground mounted equipment at the west side only. Existing HVAC terminal units in the attic will be replaced with new ones and all HVAC work should be able to be done in the attic while the clinic stays in operation. HVAC zoning and controls will be upgraded. The existing transformer and electrical service entry will both be replaced with new equipment at new locations and the new transformer will require an underground conduit to an existing switch.
