Description

This project includes all labor, materials and equipment required to repair and/or replace exterior deteriorated concrete treads and risers at (3) sets of exterior concrete stairs, and complete minor demolition and patching at (1) set of stairs. Remove and replace (2) sections of concrete sidewalk. See the Attachment B Drawing for drawings and specifications.
