Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit information from potential service providers to assist SOU leadership with the task of identifying a system that integrates program application, registration, acceptance and payment processes. System should include the ability to manage multiple liability and permission forms, medical information, third-party recommendations, full reporting capabilities, and individualized schedules. Should have responsive design for mobile device compatibility.
