Madrone Hall - Concrete Stair & Sidewalk Replacement

Description

This project includes all labor, materials and equipment required to replace the exterior deteriorated concrete stairs at the main entry to the Madrone Residence Hall. Madrone Hall is located at the corner of Indiana Street and Madrone Street in Ashland, OR. The work scope incudes: • Demolition and removal of (3) sets of existing on-grade concrete stairs and approximately 880 sq.ft. of adjacent sidewalk • Removal and salvage of the existing steel handrails • Place and finish new concrete stairs and sidewalks • Modify bases of existing handrails and re-install at ADA height Refer to the Attachment B drawing and specifications.
