This opportunity is closed

Description

Southern Oregon University Office of Information Technology seeks is seeking proposals to identify a vendor with whom the university will negotiate an agreement to replace owned and out of lease copiers and multi-function devices. Currently, the University has 45 copier/multi-function devices installed in offices throughout the Ashland campus. A breakdown of the current copier fleet is attached (Appendix I). SOU anticipates replacing existing copiers on an as-needed basis and as current obligations with various vendors expire. Any machines placed into service after the initial installations will have lease dates that are coterminous and end at the end of the contract term. It is the University’s intent that the leases for all equipment will end at the same date at the end of the awarded contract. Proposers may be required to attend an in-person walk-through as requested by SOU.
