Description

Southern Oregon University (SOU) seeks to continue a consolidated standard leasing program to support all faculty and staff and student computer lab computing devices within SOU. The inventory financed by the desired lease program consists of laptop, desktops and monitors. SOU desires a 4-year replacement cycle for an estimated 1,500 computers. The lease should be staggered to refresh/replace approximately one quarter of this inventory each year.
