Oregon Institute of Technology (“Oregon Tech” or the “University”) wishes to engage the services of a qualified and experienced industry professional to serve as a subject-matter expert and primary support to help guide the University’s due diligence for potential entry into a long-term joint partnership, public-private partnership, or other such similar arrangement with a private sector for-profit and/or non-profit entity for the purpose of developing real estate owned by the University, a public university of the State of Oregon, at various campus locations.
