The virtual mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Proposers wishing to attend must email Michele.Vitali@oit.edu no later than 5:00 PM, PT on September 27, 2024 to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. The email subject line should contain the solicitation number and name and the firm name.
