The Oregon Institute of Technology intends to contract with Straight Up Elevator Co. as a sole source provider for elevator hydraulic full load safety tests at the Klamath Falls, OR Campus due to special needs or qualifications. An entity may protest this determination in accordance with university policy section 580-061-0020(8) no later than Friday, December 13, 2024 at 1:00 PM, Pacific Time.
