Description
The Oregon Institute of Technology has published this Request for Proposals on behalf of itself, Eastern Oregon University, Western Oregon University, Southern Oregon University, and Portland State University (collectively, TRUs+PSU), to identify and select an experienced higher education consulting firm to perform an in-depth analysis and assessment of selected services, systems and competencies among the five (5) universities, and to identify opportunities for collaboration in reducing costs, improving efficiencies, promoting standardization and/or achieving economies of scale in integral service units while also improving overall service quality, reliability and customer focused service.
