RFP FP2024-03B Integrated Building Services (ISB) Parking Lot Renewal Project Work will include: Reconstruction of an existing asphalt paved parking lot, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks and storm drainage systems. The existing building will remain as is.

|Addendum No. 1- This four(4) page addendum removes discrepancies in the Contract Documents, modifies the bid schedule, requiring Bidders to use the revised Bid Schedule in Attachment 1, clarifies bid items and makes modifications to the Special Provisions and the Supplemental Technical Specifications. Addendum No. 1 to the RFP is hereby submitted for use in proposal preparation and submittal.
