Library Membrane Roof Replacement

Description

This project includes all labor, materials and equipment required to install a new single ply membrane roof on the SOU Hannon Library building. The total roof area is approximately 43,000 square feet. Approximately 6,400 square feet of the roof (underneath an existing Photovoltaic array) was overlaid with a 60 mil DuroLast single ply membrane in 2019. This section of newer DuroLast membrane will remain in place. Bidders are required to field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to submitting a bid.
