Box Office Ticket Purchasing Program

Southern Oregon University

This opportunity is closed

Description

Southern Oregon University seeks a box office ticket system that will be a similar overall cost (or lower) that has the following capabilities: reserved seating, season ticket packages and renewals, single ticket sales, donations, patron transaction history, record tagging, robust reporting, email (confirmation/pre-show), marketing email capability (or partnership with MailChimp), online ticket sales/donations with a patron-friendly interface, hard tickets/e-tickets, control over the look of the interface, ability to create our own events, control over per-ticket charges, ability to provide SOU employee/student discount by email login, etc. For Athletics, we have the box office needs (as well as a need for a strong and similar online/web purchasing portal) that is like what we currently have. Ticket sales is our revenue source and we need to seamlessly transfer data from the previous system provider all our data and be able to do rollovers for next year's athletic contests, reserved seating, season ticket sales, etc. We have trained many of our fans to use online ticket sales. This system will be operating within 3 different departments throughout the university, with different volume and demand.
