Furnish and install a 16'x30'x2' concrete nitrogen plant foundation, per the Peterson Structural Engineers stamped drawing set. Contractor required to pull Commercial Structural permit for the concrete slab. Location of project outside Building 2 at the Scappoose OMIC R&D Campus at 33701 Charles T. Parker Way, Scappoose OR 97056.
