Description
Oregon Tech is conducting a competitive invitation to bid (BID) process to retain one (1) construction firm to provide construction services to support the rehabilitation of the Tech Rec located in the Athletics Building at the Oregon Tech Klamath Falls, OR Campus. The Project Scope shall include installation of flooring, flooring cove base, drywall, painting services, and installation of a gymnasium court to be used for intramural sports. The gymnasium court is to have an Oregon Tech logo in the center of the court. Oregon Tech will be working with a third party for fitness equipment acquisition. Oregon Tech’s intent is to open the space in phases as fitness equipment is installed to open the space on a limited basis to students. Oregon Tech’s preference is for weights and cardio spaces to be repaired first. The Project Scope may include demolition of surfaces.
