The Regional Public Universities of Oregon (EOU, SOU, and WOU) seek a consulting firm to conduct a rigorous economic impact analysis of their individual and collective contributions to Oregon and their regions. The study will provide credible, regionally disaggregated data to support legislative engagement, policy advocacy, resource development, and institutional planning, emphasizing economic resilience, workforce development, and community well-being.
