Eastern Oregon University (EOU), Oregon's designated Rural University, is a regional public institution serving diverse and historically underserved students through on-campus and online programs. EOU is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide alumni career outcomes analytics, labor market insights, and web-based data visualization tools to support assessment, advising, recruitment, accreditation, institutional research, workforce alignment, and advancement.
