Description

This project includes all labor, materials and equipment required to replace the existing single ply membrane roofing with new 60 mil, mechanically fastened PVC membrane at the SOU Art Building (545 Indiana Street, Ashland) and the Marion Ady Building (1290 Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland). The area-of-work is approximately 15,000 square feet (for both buildings). Bidders are required to field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to submitting a bid.
