Description

This project includes all labor, materials and equipment required to replace the existing single ply EPDM membrane and clay tile roofing with new 60 mil PVC membrane and 22-gauge metal roofing. The Computing Services Center is located 480 University Way on the SOU campus in Ashland, OR. The area-of-work for membrane replacement is approximately 9,000 square feet. The metal roof area is approximately 3,400 square feet. Bidders are required to field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to submitting a bid.
