Description

Eastern Oregon University Head Start (EOUHS) seeks proposals from licensed Mental Health Consultants for the 2026–2027 program year. Serving children ages 0–5 and families across rural Eastern Oregon, EOUHS aims to promote school readiness through family-centered services. The consultant will provide mental health consultation, staff training, family support, and guidance on children’s individual needs in compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, including 45 CFR §1302.45.
