RFQ #2026-06 Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) Program - Microscopes

Oregon Institute of Technology

This opportunity is closed

Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to procure three (3) bright field microscopes with attached digital cameras for the MLS laboratory at the Wilsonville, OR campus. Currently in the student labs there are Leica DM 1000 microscopes with Leica digital cameras attached. Compatibility with current microscopes will be an important factor in Oregon Tech’s decision. Of the three (3) microscopes, two (2) will be used for hematology and one (1) will be used for microbiology. Due to their different uses, the hematology microscopes will need to have an additional 50X oil objective and a Miller disc eyepiece. The microbiology microscopes will not need a 50X oil but will need to have a reticle 10mm eyepiece in place of the Miller Disc.
