00:02:46.000 know sometimes the brunt 00:02:46.000 --> 00:02:48.000 of that organization is on the 00:02:48.000 --> 00:02:50.000 development of the tool and 00:02:50.000 --> 00:02:52.000 programming in the R&D 00:02:52.000 --> 00:02:55.000 and sometimes I would 00:02:55.000 --> 00:02:56.000 say that -- you know support 00:02:56.000 --> 00:02:58.000 wasn't necessarily what was 00:02:58.000 --> 00:08:47.000 whether that's a course for 00:08:47.000 --> 00:08:50.000 mat or whatever it might be 00:08:50.000 --> 00:08:52.000 we don't have there's never any 00:08:52.000 --> 00:08:53.000 additional charge to put those 00:08:53.000 --> 00:08:55.000 on and we take care of that so 00:08:55.000 --> 00:08:57.000 that you can take that and when 00:08:57.000 --> 00:08:59.000 you start to
