00:01:19.000 an opportunity to catch the things 00:01:19.000 --> 00:01:21.000 that you would ordinarily miss. 00:01:21.000 --> 00:01:25.000 Oftentimes, because of the way 00:01:21.000 --> 00:01:25.000 something is said or pronounced, 00:01:25.000 --> 00:01:27.000 you can kind of miss 00:01:25.000 --> 00:01:27.000 bits of information, 00:01:27.000 --> 00:01:29.000 and sometimes those are 00:01:27.000 --> 00:01:29.000 some of the most pivotal points. 00:01:29.000 --> 00:01:33.000 So I think that being able 00:01:29.000 --> 00:01:33.000 to really see 00:01:33.000 --> 00:01:35.000 everything that's happening 00:01:33.000 --> 00:01:35.000 in the captions 00:01:35.000 --> 00:01:37.000 and also take it in 00:01:35.000 --> 00:01:37.000 visually and auditorily 00:01:37.000 --> 00:01:40.000 allows for you to really have 00:01:37.000 --> 00:01:40.000 a greater understanding 00:01:40.000 --> 00:01:42.000 of the content 00:01:40.000 --> 00:01:42.000 that you're consuming, 00:01:42.000 --> 00:01:45.000 whether it be educational 00:01:42.000 --> 00:01:45.000 or recreational. 00:01:46.000 --> 00:01:47.000 That's a really good point. 00:01:47.000 --> 00:01:49.000 I would agree with that, 00:01:49.000 --> 00:01:52.000 that being on the captioning side 00:01:49.000 --> 00:01:52.000 of captions 00:01:52.000 --> 00:01:54.000 where you're actually creating 00:01:52.000 --> 00:01:54.000 the captions, 00:01:54.000 --> 00:01:57.000 you get to know that content 00:01:54.000 --> 00:01:57.000 pretty well. 00:01:57.000 --> 00:01:61.000 You see things, you hear things, 00:01:57.000 --> 00:01:61.000 you realize things about a video 00:02:01.000 --> 00:02:04.000 on it captioning, 00:02:01.000 --> 00:02:04.000 because you've spent a lot of time 00:02:04.000 --> 00:02:07.000 and so it gives you a really deep 00:02:04.000 --> 00:02:07.000 understanding of the content. 00:02:07.000 --> 00:02:08.000 And how I think 00:02:07.000 --> 00:02:08.000 it makes it different -- 00:02:08.000 --> 00:02:13.000 of access, so captioning provides 00:02:08.000 --> 00:02:13.000 I look at it through the eyes 00:02:13.000 --> 00:02:17.000 to have access to that material, 00:02:13.000 --> 00:02:17.000 the opportunity for all people 00:02:17.000 --> 00:02:20.000 regardless of their disability. 00:02:20.000 --> 00:02:23.000 It's very useful 00:02:20.000 --> 00:02:23.000 for many types of disabilities. 00:02:24.000 --> 00:02:27.000 with what both of you said. 00:02:24.000 --> 00:02:27.000 I agree 00:02:27.000 --> 00:02:30.000 I look at it from the frame 00:02:27.000 --> 00:02:30.000 or the lens of universal design, 00:02:30.000 --> 00:02:32.000 that if there's a video 00:02:30.000 --> 00:02:32.000 that's captioned, 00:02:32.000 --> 00:02:34.000 anybody can access that. 00:02:34.000 --> 00:02:37.000 So it doesn't matter if it's 00:02:34.000 --> 00:02:37.000 a person with a learning disability, 00:02:37.000 --> 00:02:41.000 somebody who just wants 00:02:37.000 --> 00:02:41.000 or if it's my grandma, or if it's 00:02:41.000 --> 00:02:45.000 additional access 00:02:41.000 --> 00:02:45.000 to that, you know, sound. 00:02:45.000 --> 00:02:48.000 all about universal design. 00:02:45.000 --> 00:02:48.000 It -- yeah -- really is 00:03:00.000 --> 00:03:02.000 I do have a great example 00:03:02.000 --> 00:03:05.000 of when I accidentally first started 00:03:02.000 --> 00:03:05.000 viewing captions. 00:03:05.000 --> 00:03:09.000 It was during -- we had rented 00:03:05.000 --> 00:03:09.000 a DVD from Redbox, 00:03:09.000 --> 00:03:11.000 and it was "Pan's Labyrinth." 00:03:11.000 --> 00:03:14.000 Captions were turned on already 00:03:11.000 --> 00:03:14.000 on the video, 00:03:14.000 --> 00:03:16.000 and I didn't know 00:03:14.000 --> 00:03:16.000 how to turn them off. 00:03:16.000 --> 00:03:18.000 I tried and tried and tried and tried, 00:03:16.000 --> 00:03:18.000 because at first 00:03:18.000 --> 00:03:20.000 it was really distracting, 00:03:18.000 --> 00:03:20.000 and I felt like 00:03:20.000 --> 00:03:23.000 I wasn't able to watch the video 00:03:20.000 --> 00:03:23.000 like I wanted to, 00:03:23.000 --> 00:03:25.000 but I couldn't get 00:03:23.000 --> 00:03:25.000 the captions to turn off, 00:03:25.000 --> 00:03:28.000 so I gave up on that, 00:03:25.000 --> 00:03:28.000 continued watching the video, 00:03:28.000 --> 00:03:31.000 and found that by the end of it, 00:03:31.000 --> 00:03:35.000 I really enjoyed the ability 00:03:31.000 --> 00:03:35.000 to both read and watch, 00:03:35.000 --> 00:03:38.000 and I found that that became 00:03:35.000 --> 00:03:38.000 more fluid with time. 00:03:38.000 --> 00:03:41.000 I spent more time doing both 00:03:38.000 --> 00:03:41.000 at the same time. 00:03:41.000 --> 00:03:43.000 That was one of my first 00:03:41.000 --> 00:03:43.000 experiences with captions 00:03:43.000 --> 00:03:45.000 and it was by accident. 00:03:46.000 --> 00:03:50.000 I think the first time I really 00:03:46.000 --> 00:03:50.000 realized I was consuming captions 00:03:50.000 --> 00:03:52.000 was when I was in high school. 00:03:52.000 --> 00:03:55.000 I was watching a telenovela 00:03:52.000 --> 00:03:55.000 in Spanish, 00:03:55.000 --> 00:03:59.000 and the only thing I kept hearing 00:03:55.000 --> 00:03:59.000 them say was, "Que, que, que" 00:03:59.000 --> 00:03:61.000 because my Spanish was so poor. 00:04:01.000 --> 00:04:03.000 And then I thought, 00:04:03.000 --> 00:04:06.000 that I could access the content 00:04:03.000 --> 00:04:06.000 and then it became a way 00:04:06.000 --> 00:04:11.000 and start to enjoy 00:04:06.000 --> 00:04:11.000 this artistic medium, 00:04:11.000 --> 00:04:15.000 and really start to interact with it, 00:04:11.000 --> 00:04:15.000 rather than kind of limping along. 00:04:15.000 --> 00:04:17.000 I kind of realized that captions 00:04:15.000 --> 00:04:17.000 So it was a moment when 00:04:17.000 --> 00:04:20.000 who has a disability; 00:04:17.000 --> 00:04:20.000 aren't just for someone 00:04:20.000 --> 00:04:24.000 that I, as a typically developed 00:04:20.000 --> 00:04:24.000 adult at that time, 00:04:24.000 --> 00:04:27.000 could still use 00:04:24.000 --> 00:04:27.000 and benefit from captions. 00:04:28.000 --> 00:04:31.000 Yeah, I think those 00:04:28.000 --> 00:04:31.000 are both really great examples. 00:04:31.000 --> 00:04:33.000 to that first date. 00:04:31.000 --> 00:04:33.000 For me, it goes back 00:04:33.000 --> 00:04:35.000 We were watching a video. 00:04:35.000 --> 00:04:38.000 there were no open-captioned films, 00:04:35.000 --> 00:04:38.000 We wanted to go see a movie, but 00:04:38.000 --> 00:04:39.000 they didn't have 00:04:38.000 --> 00:04:39.000 and at that time, 00:04:39.000 --> 00:04:42.000 any of the little 00:04:39.000 --> 00:04:42.000 rear-view captioning devices. 00:04:42.000 --> 00:04:45.000 and I realized, okay, well, 00:04:42.000 --> 00:04:45.000 So we rented a movie, we stuck it in, 00:04:45.000 --> 00:04:48.000 we're going to have to be able 00:04:45.000 --> 00:04:48.000 to watch this film with captions. 00:04:48.000 --> 00:04:50.000 So we turn the captions on, 00:04:48.000 --> 00:04:50.000 and I notice 00:04:50.000 --> 00:04:53.000 that as we're watching it, 00:04:50.000 --> 00:04:53.000 I would laugh before my date did. 00:04:53.000 --> 00:04:56.000 And so, at that moment, 00:04:53.000 --> 00:04:56.000 I realized that even though 00:04:56.000 --> 00:04:58.000 we had captions there, 00:04:56.000 --> 00:04:58.000 it still wasn't quite full access, 00:04:58.000 --> 00:04:61.000 because I was having 00:04:58.000 --> 00:04:61.000 access to sound, 00:05:01.000 --> 00:05:03.000 and that information 00:05:01.000 --> 00:05:03.000 was coming to me 00:05:03.000 --> 00:05:06.000 before those captions 00:05:03.000 --> 00:05:06.000 actually showed up. 00:05:06.000 --> 00:05:08.000 And so, since then, I have -- 00:05:08.000 --> 00:05:10.000 and I think maybe it helps 00:05:08.000 --> 00:05:10.000 a little bit for me too 00:05:10.000 --> 00:05:13.000 that I don't have 00:05:10.000 --> 00:05:13.000 that competing medium, 00:05:13.000 --> 00:05:14.000 where you were saying 00:05:13.000 --> 00:05:14.000 you listen to the sound 00:05:14.000 --> 00:05:16.000 and you have the audio and you're 00:05:14.000 --> 00:05:16.000 reading and all of that stuff. 00:05:16.000 --> 00:05:20.000 I just turn the voice off, 00:05:16.000 --> 00:05:20.000 or the volume off on the television. 00:05:20.000 --> 00:05:24.000 And so then when I am watching 00:05:20.000 --> 00:05:24.000 the captions with my partner 00:05:24.000 --> 00:05:26.000 or with my son who is also deaf, 00:05:26.000 --> 00:05:29.000 we access that information 00:05:26.000 --> 00:05:29.000 all at the same time. 00:05:29.000 --> 00:05:32.000 But it still is, you know, 00:05:29.000 --> 00:05:32.000 a great opportunity 00:05:32.000 --> 00:05:35.000 to understand 00:05:32.000 --> 00:05:35.000 what's going on in the film. 00:05:48.000 --> 00:05:49.000 Yeah, great question. 00:05:49.000 --> 00:05:52.000 So my first time 00:05:49.000 --> 00:05:52.000 that I captioned a video 00:05:52.000 --> 00:05:55.000 was when we were 00:05:52.000 --> 00:05:55.000 looking to adopt children, 00:05:55.000 --> 00:05:57.000 and so we had to make a film 00:05:57.000 --> 00:05:59.000 basically to send out 00:05:57.000 --> 00:05:59.000 to adoption agencies 00:05:59.000 --> 00:05:63.000 to talk about the kind of children 00:05:59.000 --> 00:05:63.000 that we wanted to adopt. 00:06:03.000 --> 00:06:05.000 And so -- 00:06:03.000 --> 00:06:05.000 because my partner is deaf 00:06:05.000 --> 00:06:08.000 and uses sign language, 00:06:05.000 --> 00:06:08.000 I had to add voice to that, 00:06:08.000 --> 00:06:11.000 captions to that. 00:06:08.000 --> 00:06:11.000 and then we also had to add 00:06:11.000 --> 00:06:13.000 experience of what that looks like 00:06:11.000 --> 00:06:13.000 So that was really my first 00:06:13.000 --> 00:06:15.000 and how to add captions. 00:06:16.000 --> 00:06:20.000 it's a huge learning curve. 00:06:16.000 --> 00:06:20.000 It was not easy, for sure; 00:06:20.000 --> 00:06:23.000 I think now some of the technologies 00:06:20.000 --> 00:06:23.000 are easier to use, 00:06:23.000 --> 00:06:25.000 but that was the first experience 00:06:23.000 --> 00:06:25.000 that I had, 00:06:25.000 --> 00:06:28.000 taking a five-minute video 00:06:25.000 --> 00:06:28.000 that probably took me 00:06:28.000 --> 00:06:30.000 to caption at that point, 00:06:28.000 --> 00:06:30.000 maybe five or six hours 00:06:30.000 --> 00:06:32.000 just because I was so new, 00:06:32.000 --> 00:06:34.000 and it was so overwhelming 00:06:32.000 --> 00:06:34.000 for me at that time. 00:06:35.000 --> 00:06:41.000 My experience was captioning 00:06:35.000 --> 00:06:41.000 a video for a psychology class, 00:06:41.000 --> 00:06:44.000 and I think it was 00:06:46.000 --> 00:06:49.000 to control-copy words 00:06:46.000 --> 00:06:49.000 I learned right away 00:06:49.000 --> 00:06:51.000 because they were very large. 00:06:51.000 --> 00:06:53.000 The process was overwhelming. 00:06:53.000 --> 00:06:56.000 It was -- all of the software 00:06:53.000 --> 00:06:56.000 was new to me, 00:06:56.000 --> 00:06:59.000 was new to me, 00:06:56.000 --> 00:06:59.000 the entire industry 00:06:59.000 --> 00:06:63.000 learning how to correct things, 00:07:03.000 --> 00:07:04.000 time things, sync things -- 00:07:04.000 --> 00:07:07.000 those were all words 00:07:04.000 --> 00:07:07.000 that were new to me. 00:07:07.000 --> 00:07:10.000 So I found it really challenging 00:07:07.000 --> 00:07:10.000 and discouraging 00:07:10.000 --> 00:07:13.000 in the beginning, but... 00:07:13.000 --> 00:07:17.000 due to access 00:07:13.000 --> 00:07:17.000 and a requirement to have this done, 00:07:17.000 --> 00:07:19.000 there was no turning back. 00:07:19.000 --> 00:07:22.000 We had to forge forward, 00:07:19.000 --> 00:07:22.000 and that's what we did. 00:07:23.000 --> 00:07:26.000 The first time I ever captioned 00:07:23.000 --> 00:07:26.000 anything was in the workplace, 00:07:26.000 --> 00:07:28.000 and they just told me, 00:07:30.000 --> 00:07:33.000 and I kind of looked at them 00:07:30.000 --> 00:07:33.000 with a deer in the headlights' eyes, 00:07:33.000 --> 00:07:35.000 because as someone who consumed 00:07:33.000 --> 00:07:35.000 captions most of their life, 00:07:35.000 --> 00:07:39.000 I had never been on the other side 00:07:35.000 --> 00:07:39.000 as the captioner. 00:07:39.000 --> 00:07:41.000 And I remember thinking, 00:07:41.000 --> 00:07:43.000 talking about, or the content 00:07:43.000 --> 00:07:46.000 or the way he's speaking." 00:07:46.000 --> 00:07:51.000 So I kind of just remember feeling 00:07:46.000 --> 00:07:51.000 just overwhelmed at the process, 00:07:51.000 --> 00:07:58.000 but bit by bit, I think, over time 00:07:51.000 --> 00:07:58.000 you learn, um... 00:07:58.000 --> 00:07:60.000 what's in the process and kind of 00:07:58.000 --> 00:07:60.000 the spirit behind captioning, 00:08:00.000 --> 00:08:03.000 and you learn a lot more 00:08:00.000 --> 00:08:03.000 about what goes into captioning, 00:08:03.000 --> 00:08:06.000 and then the appreciation 00:08:03.000 --> 00:08:06.000 when someone does caption something 00:08:06.000 --> 00:08:10.000 and you -- it's -- I think you have 00:08:06.000 --> 00:08:10.000 so much more respect for someone 00:08:10.000 --> 00:08:13.000 when they post a video on Facebook 00:08:10.000 --> 00:08:13.000 and they took the time to caption it 00:08:13.000 --> 00:08:18.000 once you've been there, 00:08:13.000 --> 00:08:18.000 so, um...yeah. 00:08:32.000 --> 00:08:35.000 So there was a set of rules 00:08:32.000 --> 00:08:35.000 and guidelines 00:08:35.000 --> 00:08:38.000 that I needed to follow, 00:08:35.000 --> 00:08:38.000 and from that, 00:08:38.000 --> 00:08:41.000 I really had to figure out, 00:08:41.000 --> 00:08:43.000 with short clips under two minutes. 00:08:41.000 --> 00:08:43.000 Luckily, I started 00:08:43.000 --> 00:08:47.000 It was a little more digestible 00:08:43.000 --> 00:08:47.000 in the realm of captioning. 00:08:47.000 --> 00:08:49.000 the best way 00:08:47.000 --> 00:08:49.000 And I found that, for me, 00:08:49.000 --> 00:08:51.000 was to know the content 00:08:49.000 --> 00:08:51.000 I was captioning 00:08:51.000 --> 00:08:53.000 and to listen to something 00:08:51.000 --> 00:08:53.000 in whole, 00:08:53.000 --> 00:08:56.000 that I was captioning, 00:08:53.000 --> 00:08:56.000 and the whole piece 00:08:56.000 --> 00:08:59.000 so I could know what was coming, 00:08:56.000 --> 00:08:59.000 and it felt more intuitive that way 00:08:59.000 --> 00:08:62.000 as I was captioning, 00:08:59.000 --> 00:08:62.000 and I could kind of feel -- 00:09:02.000 --> 00:09:04.000 feel the movement 00:09:02.000 --> 00:09:04.000 in the words, 00:09:04.000 --> 00:09:06.000 and then I always, um... 00:09:06.000 --> 00:09:09.000 In the beginning, 00:09:06.000 --> 00:09:09.000 because I was so uncertain 00:09:09.000 --> 00:09:11.000 and had so much self-doubt 00:09:09.000 --> 00:09:11.000 about my captioning, 00:09:11.000 --> 00:09:14.000 I would go back and mute it 00:09:11.000 --> 00:09:14.000 and then listen to the video silently 00:09:14.000 --> 00:09:17.000 to make sure 00:09:14.000 --> 00:09:17.000 that my captions really were 00:09:17.000 --> 00:09:21.000 a quality that I would be proud of, 00:09:17.000 --> 00:09:21.000 and that also I would consume. 00:09:21.000 --> 00:09:24.000 So that was kind of 00:09:21.000 --> 00:09:24.000 how my process works. 00:09:25.000 --> 00:09:27.000 Um, definitely self-taught. 00:09:28.000 --> 00:09:31.000 The psychology leadership group 00:09:28.000 --> 00:09:31.000 that I was working with, 00:09:31.000 --> 00:09:34.000 we all worked together. 00:09:34.000 --> 00:09:38.000 We basically brick by brick 00:09:34.000 --> 00:09:38.000 built our captioning program, 00:09:38.000 --> 00:09:40.000 and each brick 00:09:38.000 --> 00:09:40.000 was a new foundation 00:09:40.000 --> 00:09:42.000 of knowledge that we had. 00:09:42.000 --> 00:09:46.000 It was quite amazing to see 00:09:42.000 --> 00:09:46.000 the tenacity of the group, 00:09:46.000 --> 00:09:49.000 and it seemed like 00:09:46.000 --> 00:09:49.000 every new step that we took, 00:09:49.000 --> 00:09:52.000 also we encountered 00:09:49.000 --> 00:09:52.000 a barrier there 00:09:52.000 --> 00:09:54.000 that we had to learn 00:09:52.000 --> 00:09:54.000 and work through, 00:09:54.000 --> 00:09:58.000 and then we would work through that, 00:09:54.000 --> 00:09:58.000 until we built our process. 00:09:58.000 --> 00:09:61.000 And so definitely 00:09:58.000 --> 00:09:61.000 we were self-taught, 00:10:01.000 --> 00:10:05.000 made mistakes in the beginning, 00:10:01.000 --> 00:10:05.000 for sure, and still strive 00:10:05.000 --> 00:10:12.000 to be closer in line 00:10:05.000 --> 00:10:12.000 with guidelines around captioning. 00:10:12.000 --> 00:10:15.000 We're still working on that, 00:10:12.000 --> 00:10:15.000 so -- and still developing that. 00:10:15.000 --> 00:10:18.000 We have a captioning manual now 00:10:15.000 --> 00:10:18.000 that we're using, 00:10:18.000 --> 00:10:20.000 doing more training 00:10:18.000 --> 00:10:20.000 within our own department 00:10:20.000 --> 00:10:22.000 for people who are captioning. 00:10:22.000 --> 00:10:25.000 So I would say 00:10:22.000 --> 00:10:25.000 we were all self-taught. 00:10:25.000 --> 00:10:27.000 Our process is quite involved 00:10:27.000 --> 00:10:30.000 because we need to be able 00:10:27.000 --> 00:10:30.000 to track where we're at 00:10:30.000 --> 00:10:32.000 because we have 00:10:30.000 --> 00:10:32.000 several different people 00:10:32.000 --> 00:10:34.000 working on videos 00:10:32.000 --> 00:10:34.000 at different times, so... 00:10:34.000 --> 00:10:37.000 We have a spreadsheet from -- 00:10:37.000 --> 00:10:40.000 it's probably about as long 00:10:37.000 --> 00:10:40.000 as this table, I'm guessing, 00:10:40.000 --> 00:10:44.000 if it were printed -- that tells 00:10:40.000 --> 00:10:44.000 every stage of the video process -- 00:10:44.000 --> 00:10:47.000 received, what it is, who it is, 00:10:44.000 --> 00:10:47.000 who it's for, when it's due -- 00:10:47.000 --> 00:10:50.000 and then every stage 00:10:47.000 --> 00:10:50.000 of production and where we're at. 00:10:50.000 --> 00:10:52.000 And by keeping track that way, 00:10:52.000 --> 00:10:55.000 anyone who's working on captioning 00:10:52.000 --> 00:10:55.000 within our department 00:10:55.000 and listen to what was happening 00:18:56.000 --> 00:18:60.000 that you're not aware of 00:18:56.000 --> 00:18:60.000 when you're actively listening, 00:19:00.000 --> 00:19:03.000 you're not aware how 00:19:42.000 --> 00:19:44.000 situation. 00:19:42.000 --> 00:19:44.000 it was a really unfortunate 00:19:44.000 --> 00:19:48.000 It was this story, it was this 00:19:44.000 --> 00:19:48.000 short video clip of a man 00:19:48.000 --> 00:19:51.000 talking about his son 00:19:48.000 --> 00:19:51.000 who had disabilities, 00:19:51.000 --> 00:19:54.000 and how his son was starting 00:19:51.000 --> 00:19:54.000 to understand sexuality, 00:19:54.000 --> 00:19:57.000 which was already 00:19:54.000 --> 00:19:57.000 a sensitive topic. 00:19:57.000 --> 00:19:60.000 And this person sent me an email 00:19:57.000 --> 00:19:60.000 and they were horrified, 00:20:00.000 --> 00:20:02.000 and I was trying to understand, 00:20:00.000 --> 00:20:02.000 you know, what was going on, 00:20:02.000 --> 00:20:05.000 and I watched probably two minutes 00:20:02.000 --> 00:20:05.000 of the video and I was like, 00:20:05.000 --> 00:20:08.000 they seem fine so far." 00:20:08.000 --> 00:20:12.000 And then I went a little further, 00:20:08.000 --> 00:20:12.000 and the captions read 00:20:12.000 --> 00:20:16.000 that he "laughed like a pedophile 00:20:12.000 --> 00:20:16.000 in the corner." 00:20:16.000 --> 00:20:18.000 And I literally dropped in horror, 00:20:18.000 --> 00:20:21.000 because it was this heartfelt story 00:20:18.000 --> 00:20:21.000 of his son, 00:20:21.000 --> 00:20:24.000 and trying to understand sexuality 00:20:21.000 --> 00:20:24.000 and all these other things, 00:20:24.000 --> 00:20:26.000 because he was an adult 00:20:24.000 --> 00:20:26.000 who had disabilities, 00:20:26.000 --> 00:20:28.000 and didn't understand 00:20:26.000 --> 00:20:28.000 those things. 00:20:28.000 --> 00:20:32.000 So seeing how something that seemed 00:20:28.000 --> 00:20:32.000 fine for the first two minutes, 00:20:32.000 --> 00:20:36.000 and there was that five seconds 00:20:32.000 --> 00:20:36.000 when it was like, 00:20:36.000 --> 00:20:38.000 not only the person 00:20:36.000 --> 00:20:38.000 in the video's reputation, 00:20:38.000 --> 00:20:40.000 but the perception of his son, 00:20:40.000 --> 00:20:42.000 and also the perception 00:20:40.000 --> 00:20:42.000 of our organization, 00:20:42.000 --> 00:20:45.000 in five seconds, 00:20:42.000 --> 00:20:45.000 and how all of that, 00:20:45.000 --> 00:20:47.000 just from something 00:20:45.000 --> 00:20:47.000 not not like captioning 00:22:52.000 --> 00:22:54.000 the whole time. 00:22:52.000 --> 00:22:54.000 It's like, fun and exciting 00:22:54.000 --> 00:22:57.000 that you have to take breaks, 00:22:54.000 --> 00:22:57.000 And so you find 00:22:57.000 --> 00:22:60.000 to clear your mind a little bit, 00:22:57.000 --> 00:22:60.000 you need to be able 00:23:00.000 --> 00:23:03.000 get away from the screen, 00:23:53.000 And then, you know, 00:23:51.000 --> 00:23:53.000 what that felt like inside, 00:23:53.000 --> 00:23:55.000 of "Is it good enough? 00:23:53.000 --> 00:23:55.000 Is it not good enough? 00:23:55.000 --> 00:23:57.000 are they going to pick our family? 00:23:57.000 --> 00:23:59.000 is it because of my captions?" 00:23:59.000 --> 00:23:62.000 You know, it just went down 00:23:59.000 -->
